Kimberly Cox is a distinguished professional in the healthcare business and clinical sectors, boasting over two decades of leadership experience across various programs. Her career highlights include pivotal management roles, leading to her current position as the Director of Clinical Services at Pathways. She has a proven track record in enhancing business communications and fostering inter-agency collaborations. 

Her tenure as Clinical Director at Country Road Operations, a Pathways affiliate, is marked by exceptional leadership in clinical program management and achieving a 100% compliance audit rating from the State of Oklahoma. Respected by peers, coworkers, and clients alike, Kimberly continuously hones her leadership skills to excel in her field. Her academic background is equally impressive, with a Master’s degree in Business from the University of Phoenix, a Master’s of Science in Psychology from Cameron University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley. 

About Drew LaBoon, BA 

 Drew LaBoon, the Director of Operations at Pathways Recovery Centers since June 2023, has been a vital part of the organization since 2020. His commitment to addressing the challenges of fentanyl overdose and opioid issues has made him a notable voice in the field. His academic pursuits at MIT Sloan School of Management reflect his dedication to leading and innovating in healthcare operations. With a rich background in defense contracting after 17 years in the United States Special Operations Command, Drew's journey is marked by numerous combat deployments and commendations. 

Drew holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Boston College. His career path took a transformative turn from aspiring for a role in intelligence to dedicating himself to substance abuse rehabilitation. Drew's expertise in rehabilitation is rooted in his personal journey of overcoming substance abuse. He participates actively in a 12-step recovery program, leveraging his experiences to motivate and assure others about the power of recovery. His story is a testament to resilience and the impact of dedicated service in both military and healthcare sectors.
